When we left the Novas at the end of Season 1, they’d just met the incredible extraterrestrial beings we’re now calling the Stardustians.
As we begin Season 2, we quickly see this changed humanity forever – and made the Nova family celebrities and legends in their own time. But just as our heroes are poised to follow the Stardustians back to their home planet (and be shown the ‘great secret of the universe’ by Stardustian friend and envoy, Ziggy) Judgebot hijacks their Stardust-powered Rock Ship and, in the ensuing struggle, the ship breaks apart mid-jump, stranding Ziggy in an unknown part of the galaxy, along with the Stardust Key required to cross dimensions and get home.
Meanwhile, the Novas manage to limp home to Luna Port in the remains of the Rock Ship, but are now faced with a huge task: how do they find their stranded friend Ziggy despite having no clues about where in the entire universe he ended up ?
