Mainstream media AG concentrates its international Pay TV activities in the Mainstream Networks Holding GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Ismaning, and organizes the transposition of original broadcast concepts from the German-speaking territories to global markets. The thematic emphasis of the joint international broadcasting activities with ZDF Studios lies in the “romance” genre. The broadcasting concept of Romance TV, which is successful in Germany and focuses on German productions, is offered in HD in the respective national language, garnered with local contents, and specifically tailored for the target markets. The joint venture will operate solely subscription television. With the market entry of Romance TV Polska in December 2010, Mainstream Networks Holding has launched its first concrete project in Poland.
