Hans Sperling is an inspector with no need to raise his voice, nor does he need a gun to solve his cases. This role seems as if it were written for Dieter Pfaff. But that’s no surprise, since he collaborated with author Rolf Basedow in developing the character of Sperling. But even Sperling doesn’t investigate all by himself.
