Finding a job at the age of 55 is no mean feat, especially when your company is filing for bankruptcy. For the recently divorced Ina, even going home is nothing to look forward to. In another last-ditch attempt to find work, Ina attends a seminar where she meets several people who will soon affect her life, including the charming Walter, the Vietnamese physician Ngo and the very young and very pregnant Enno, who lands a job that Ina also applied for. Bad for the budding friendship, but hey, you haven't seen anything yet...!
