Anna and her loved ones lead the life of the family next door in Berlin, juggling everyday married life, job stress, the young daughter's day-care troubles, and the teenage son's schoolwork. After she falls victim to a brutal robbery by three teenagers, which she barely survives, she is more traumatized than she would like to admit and finds it difficult to continue living her life as she did before the attack.
