Madagascar – far from the main continents a unique flora and fauna could evolve here. Like the lemurs, who only live on this island. There are about 100 known species of them. The largest of them, the Indri, spends most of its life on the treetops in the rainforest on Madagascans east side. But the forest is getting smaller and the animals must fight over space in their shrinking world.
