When Minister for Defence, Henrik Skelbæk, arrives in Baghdad to celebrate the New Year with the Danish military forces, PET police provides him protection (the Secret Service) – and yet the minister’s visit proves fateful. At the same time a group of young, hopeful, police officers gather for the annual admission tests at the protection school in Copenhagen. Throughout three raw January weeks they are exposed to a series of physical and psychological trials that only a minority will pass. (To be continued…).
