Rasmus and Jonas are accompanying the Danish foreign minister on a trip to Russia. There Jonas runs into Tanya, a Russian journalist who works for a dissident newspaper and whom he had met three years earlier. As they chat, Tanya is called to a meeting with Medvedenko, a dissident attorney who is investigating allegations of corruption in the Ministry of Justice. During their meeting, Medvedenko is shot in front of Tanya’s eyes. Having seen the murderer’s face, she is now in mortal danger herself.
