Amelie is very excited about her upcoming engagement party. Her colleagues host a surprise party for her and present her with 2 doves as a wedding gift. According to the Chinese belief, they bring good luck if the bridal couple lets the doves fly.
Amelie and Martin are officially invited to the Lindbergh mansion, the evening before the party. It starts somewhat relaxed yet ends almost disastrous. Ingrid hands her valuable family jewelry over to Amelie while Albrecht expresses his reservations about his future daughter in law.
