As a reckless driver who is not very strict when it comes to his blood-alcohol level, it’s no surprise that Friedhelm Hensle is at fault when he crashes into the car of a married couple. All three of them are admitted to the Black Forest Hospital. The seriously injured husband dies, but Friedhelm comes out of it with nothing more than a broken leg. He no longer feels comfortable at the hospital when he realizes Dr. Brinkmann recognizes him as the careless driver who almost involved Dr. Brinkmann himself in an accident.
