We all know them, those perfect super-parents, the ones whose children’s schedules are packed full of activities to foster their development: piano lessons, learning Chinese, soccer ... The only remedy is a group that reads the super-moms the riot act, and out of this comes the idea of the mothers’ mafia! One can’t help but sympathize with Constanze, a single mother with a daughter in puberty and a four-year-old son. Constanze and her new friends, all of them like-minded average moms, declare war on the helicopter parents and their child-rearing methods.
