Photographer Max meets Vicki by chance at a train station. When she rushes off, all he’s left with is a first name. He posts a missed connection ad, but never hears from her. Five years later they meet again on the way to her wedding. He’s been hired by her fiancé, Jaime, to start capturing the event while he’s stuck at work. Max reluctantly becomes Jamie’s stand-in for myriad wedding decisions, and he and Vicki are drawn closer together. What does it mean when people begin mistaking him for the groom?
