Couples therapist Fabian Anders and his family live in a bird-nesting custody arrangement on a farm near Leipzig. He is successful at helping his clients, but less so when it comes to his own relationship. Internationally renowned surgeon Dr. Leander Herzog and his wife Liv come to Fabian’s practice. They are in the midst of a serious relationship crisis because of their conflicting wishes for the near future.
