Thomas Müller starts playing football when he is only three years old – much to his neighbour’s annoyance because he kicks the ball against the metal garage door for hours. During the summer he and his brother play in the yard; during the winter in the basement. Finally, the despairing parents sign up little Thomas for a football club. That doesn't reduce Thomas's football craziness, but at least it gives the parents a few hours of peace and silence.
