Historian and author Adrian Gilbert believes he has proved that the legendary Stone of Jacob is real. Gilbert says the Stone that the patriarch Jacob laid his head on was taken from Israel by a people called the Tribe of Dan who fled the Holy Land during the invasion of Israel by the Assyrians in the sixth century BC. Gilbert wants to test the stone to confirm its origins. But no one will let him. Just when he is about to give up the British government announce they are going to give the stone back to the Scottish people.
