East Frisian patrol officer Henk Cassens comes across a young, mysterious woman at Leer harbor, who claims she cannot remember who she is. The woman has no ID, nor does she have a cell phone. There is a gaping wound on the back of her head. Was it an accident? Was it a crime? Is she lying? Before Henk can find out more about the circumstances leading to her memory loss, the young woman vanishes from the police station.
