A roadblock is set up on a shopping street in the middle of the night. A man redirects the few cars that come by, including a patrol car. There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong here. But patrolman Harry Tönnies is on the beat today, and he suspects something fishy. He pulls over and asks for some information from the traffic worker, whose name is Balou and who in fact is Norman’s accomplice. Not far from the roadblock, Norman himself is perched on a forklift, making quite a racket as he tears an ATM out of the wall and loads it onto a small truck.
