Everything is becoming a bit too much for Anette. For one thing, her patients Jana, whose autism spectrum disorder is expressed as Asperger syndrome, and Christoph, who is very understanding, are not responding terribly well to her therapeutic methods. In addition, a chance encounter with her body therapist Marc comes to an abrupt end, and Susann feels far too comfortable in her self-appointed role as receptionist. Her well-intentioned advice for Jens, one of Anette’s patient, spirals out of control and is left for Anette to resolve just as Oliver is confessing to having been almost led astray by his assistant. Anette appears to have nothing under control and wonders how she can regain the upper hand with her patients, mother and private life. She is optimistic: after all, everything’s worked out fine so far.
