Betty is happy. There's never a dull moment with her boyfriend Tamás, a rock musician. Although she would like to start a family after being together for eight years, she doesn't want to pressure him. Her job is going well, even if she does occasionally feel like throttling a patient or two... Making life hard on the clinic personnel are high-level manager Lukas Hardenberg and his wife Odalis, a physician herself. Betty's down-to-earth colleague Lizzy soon admits defeat and leaves Hardenberg in Betty's hands. Besides, he seems to have a pill addiction and is resistant to counseling. Meanwhile, Betty is still trying to identify the father of Karla's baby, Lilli. When she passes the Newborn Station, she can't believe her eyes: Tamás is giving a saliva sample. Betty feels that her world is about to collapse.
