Betty and Dr. Behring treat an inmate of the prison in Aachen. Even though, the inmate is accompanied by a police officer, Behring worries about Betty’s safety. Betty is confused by Behring’s overprotective behavior and reminds him that he is in a relationship. Helena overhears their conversation and finds out that Behring and Betty have kissed each other recently. So, Helena confronts Behring with her knowledge but he swears that he does not have feelings for Betty at all. However, when Betty gets into serious trouble, his true feelings are revealed. Prof. Wehmann decides to leave Germany in order to move to the U.S.A. for his leukemia treatment. Wanda, Betty and Lizzy are shocked about his decision and have a hard time to cope with the news. Talula feels uncomfortable around Lewandowski who might have fallen in love with her. However, the two have to treat a patient together, so Talula is forced to get along with him. Lizzy and Helena have to deal with the 8-year-old Laurenz, who suffers from hyperactivity and, therefore, “entertains” the whole hospital.
