Dorothee Wilke and Markus Merthin want to open a practice in Bavaria, and they hope Sandra and Torsten Heidburger will help them do so. Dorothee makes a good first impression in her new town: While out shopping, she lends a hand when a baby decides it’s time to be born, right in a boutique of all places. She also makes use of the opportunity to speak out in favor of a specially equipped ambulance for surprise births.
