Upon finalizing her divorce, manufacturer's daughter Anna Maillinger wants to start afresh with a new career in New Zealand. But shortly before she is due to depart, she discovers that the family company, which is now run by the oldest brother Vince, is facing bankruptcy. Vince pleads with Anna to come to the crisis meeting at the family’s hunting cabin where her father Karl is to marry his Moldovan housekeeper Dina at the weekend. Reluctantly Anna agrees.
