Hank Skinner was sentenced to death 18 years ago for the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend and her two mentally impaired sons. He was arrested three blocks away hiding in the closet of another girlfriend. On his shirt and trousers blood of two of his victims was found. Skinner claims that he was so intoxicated that he could not even stand when he was apprehended, and that an unknown intruder must have been the perpetrator.
