Robert Fratta was a public safety officer in Missouri City, Texas. He and his wife Farah had three children. But in 1992 Farah could no longer endure Fratta’s abusive sexual demands. After she filed for a divorce, Fratta told his friends that he wanted to see Farah dead.
Shortly before the divorce trial, Fratta hired two hit men to kill her. He took his children to a church nursery and stayed there to provide himself with an alibi. Farah was killed that night as she arrived home. Later, police arrested one of the hit men, who confessed to have murdered Farah for $ 1,000, paid by Robert Fratta.
