World-famous wildlife photographer Andreas Kieling travels to the most remote regions of our planet in search of animals that have rarely been filmed before and are practically extinct. In the second season, Kieling ventures to western China in search of the great panda, captures the Siberian tiger on film and makes a very close encounter with a giant anaconda. He also dives with giant crocs in Australia, makes friends with rare mountain gorillas and finds some of the last exemplars of the Asian lion.
