Dr. Nice must complete an internship with his favorite nemesis, Dr. Schmidtke, to obtain his license as a family doctor. Fortunately, a difficult case provides a distraction. Andrea Wellenbrink is getting ready for her wedding to her fiancé Marcus when she begins to suffer puzzling symptoms of paralysis. At the hospital, however, Dr. Schmidtke fails to figure out what is causing the paralysis, bringing Neiss into the picture.
