For the past fifteen years, Oskar has defined himself through his work at his company. Then he is passed over for the promotion he was sure was his – it goes to Raphael, a young newcomer and now Oskar’s boss. Oskar has no idea how to cope with overachiever Raphael, who threatens to destroy everything Oskar has built over the years. Not only that, he also intrudes in Oskar’s family life and catches his daughter’s eye. But then Oskar discovers that under Raphael’s business suit beats a very human heart.
