Saga has been forced to take a leave of absence from the investigation and her old colleague Rasmus Larsson takes her place. Freddie Holst is desperately searching for Jeanette, who is carrying his unborn child. When he finds her, she is tied up. She has recently given birth and her newborn baby is gone. Freddie contacts the police and Henrik demands that Saga return to the investigation. Together, Saga and Henrik continue the search for the newborn and finally realise the connection between the victims, and who the perpetrator is. The investigation of Saga’s mother’s death is complete and Saga is allowed to read her own testimony, which will then be submitted to the prosecutor. Will she be convicted of murdering her mother?
