Episode 4 wants to know, who or what got us into patriarchy? Culture or biology? And why have women put up with it for so long? What are women doing wrong, what are men doing wrong? Couldn't a completely different society have been possible, one that didn't rely on violence and the oppression of one sex? At least that is what comparisons from the animal world suggest. We ask anthropologists, entrepreneurs, psychologists, and economists around the world. We are finally on the way to real equality - including economic equality - between men and women. The only question is whether we will continue on this path or be thrown back again.
