Julian Cavendish, the long-time partner of weather presenter Holly Reynolds, wants to surprise her on their tenth anniversary by proposing to her. Furthermore, the garden architect would like to have a child of his own with his future wife, after having lovingly helped raise her twins, Lisa and Leo, over the last few years, both of whom have now reached puberty. Neither he nor the children have met the biological father. According to Holly, they are the result of a Spanish one-night stand. A myth which is not entirely true. Ironically, they just happen to come across the twins‘ biological father at the restaurant where Julian was planning to pop the question: Vince Smith-Miller.
