Lena Lorenz is teaching a childbirth preparation class in her midwife practice. Lucie and Marinus are looking forward having their first baby, but Lucie is worried because the baby isn’t moving anymore. When another pregnant woman’s water breaks, Lena has to end the class early. Shortly afterwards, Marinus is invited by the new father. Lucie wants to stay home, where her anxiety increases and she calls Lena. And Lena is indeed unable to find a heartbeat.
