A long-distance relationship is not exactly what midwife Lena Lorenz has been longing for. Now off all times, she is facing a tough challenge in her job, as Isabel Petri seems to be rejecting her second baby. Lena notices that the mother of two doesn’t seem to have an emotional connection with her baby Ben. She attempts to talk to Isabel’s husband Markus, but he rejects Lena’s suspicion that his wife may be suffering from depression.
