Lena is looking after the very pregnant Bianca, who seems to be under pressure both at work and at home. Bianca’s ex-boyfriend Jonas informs the midwife that Bianca has a serious drinking problem. Lena is skeptical, since the allegation is coming from Jonas, and Selma, who works closely with Bianca, initially has no cause for suspicion. But she begins to notice more and more how overwhelmed Bianca seems. Lena’s concern for the baby grows.
