Josi Brenner is very pregnant when she heads out from Munich on a trip back home to the Brennerhof. Her grandfather wants to sell the farm against her will. Lena is there to help her, and not just as a midwife. After an argument with Andreas Brenner and her ex-boyfriend Paul Zöller, Josi has a dizzy spell. At the hospital, she is diagnosed with a mild bladder infection, not uncommon among people dependent on a wheelchair.
